WW2 American Red Cross ARC Black Leather Handbag Purse

The American Red Cross were issued either a blue cotton handbag or a black leather handbag.

The black leather handbag seems to be more popular when serving overseas, while the blue cotton back seems to be more popular back home stateside.

The designs varied but one of the popular designs was similar to the square US Army Nurses handbag.
