The uniform here represents and Old soldier who would have seen service During WW1 as he is wearing his three WW1 Great war ribbons on his tunic and has been called back to service because of his knowledge an so has been enlisted in the Royal Enginners . Soldiers who served in The Great War 1914-1918 would have only been aged 40 years plus if they re-enlisted into the Army in WW2.
