WW2 helmet liner headband 1942 Pattern
Early war pattern with the double wire buckle which is from around 1942.
The difference between this head band and the other one that we sell is the buckle. The buckle that fastens and adjusts the size on the head band is made from two wires which you thread the end of the cotton head band through. The later war version has an improved buckle design which has teeth on one side to hold the cotton band better.
This is perfect for an early war impression to mid war impression.
Correct WW2 pattern inner headband for the M1 helmet.
Clips into the M1 helmet liner, Infantry and Paratrooper models.
This is made with the correct WW2 HBT weave and is OD #3 (khaki-tan) colour.
The metal clips are the correct greenish colour.
Perfect to replace your dirty or worn out headband.
