    He is wearing a steel helmet with goggles and brown leather DR gauntlets for protection, when it was cold an RAFroll neck jumper and leather jerkin could be worn as well. His orders are carried in a RAF haversack slung over his shoulder and for protection he carries a .38 Webley pistol in a holster on his webbing belt
