WW2 US Army Nurse Printed Dog Tags
United States Army Nurse printed dog tags in WW2 style.
In World War Two the US Army Nurse's where issued with the same standard US military dog tags as the US army soldiers but the they where printed with differently to the men's dog tags.
The nurse's dog tags all had a letter N before the serial number and all serial numbers issued to Nurse's began with the number 7.
The specifications for July 1943 to March 1944 where as follows.
- Line 1. First Name. Middle initial. Surname.
- Line 2. Letter N 6 digit serial number beginning with 7 followed by year of Tetanus inoculation and blood group.
- Line 3. Blank
- Line 4. Blank.
- Line 5. Religion P for Protestant. C for Catholic, H for Hebrew. or left blank if no preference.
Note the religion is at the end of line 5 and in WW2 there was no negative or positive in blood groups.
Dog tags issued after March 1944 had all the same information but on line 1 changed in order so it was Surname. First name. Middle initial. The rest stayed the same.

Price is for 2 printed dog tag discs and two chains (1 long 1 small) printed to your specifications. Each tag will have the same information stamped on them.
These are stamped just like the WW2 dog tags, using a US military machine. Modern tags are embossed not stamped so the printing looks different to war time ones.
